What’s behind our great customer service?
Great product and customer service 11/28/16
I owned this case for 2 months and performance much above expected. However, the latching/closure wheel fell off and the pouch could not be secured. I emailed customer service—all they requested was a good mailing address so they could send me a replacement! The new dry case arrived with in a few days. Superb! I used it today while Kayak fishing and iPhone remain dry in a wet environment and the phone to include camera functions great.
Great customer service begins with the person in charge. Colby, our head of customer service, is always hard-working and knows how to keep the customers happy.
