Here at DryCase we realize that our products are used by some of the most active people in the world. From extreme athletes to passionate hunters and everyone in between, our products are proven to perform for our users in the most unique and demanding conditions. We also understand that with an active lifestyle comes more wear and tear on your gear. Each product is used differently and each product has a different story. That being said, DryCase reserves the right to determine whether the product was damaged due to a manufacturing defect or by wear and tear.  Customers may be entitled to a replacement or product credit depending on the circumstances and assessment of the damages. 7 Day Return Policy

Any customer that purchases a product directly from is entitled to a full refund within seven (7) days of purchasing said product as long the following requirements are met:

  • The product must be Unused and Unopened
  • Product must be in the original packaging and contain all items that were originally included.
  • A copy of the original Proof of Purchase must accompany the return.
  • Customer is responsible for any and all shipping and handling cost involved with returning the Product to DryCase.

In order to fulfill the refund request please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact DryCase Customer Service by emailing or by phone at (706)-846-0253 to receive a Return Authorization (RA).  No returns will be processed without obtaining the required the RA number.
  2. Place the Product and Copy of Proof of Purchase (with RA written on the Proof of Purchase) in a box and ship to:

One Year Warranty

DryCase Bags, Universal Vacuum Sealed Cases, Headphones, and Speakers are protected under a Limited One Year Warranty that ensures coverage of manufacturing defects within the product’s normal scope of use. DryCase will be responsible for any product that is deemed to have a manufacturing defect within the first year after the consumer purchase of the product, but is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred because of loss or misuse of that product.

In order to fulfill the warranty, DryCase requires the following documentation:

  • Copy of Original Proof of Purchase.
  • Customer Name, Contact Info, Shipping Address, Explanation of the Defect, and RA Number.
  • RA Number can be obtained by either calling DryCase Customer Service at (706)-846-0253 or by emailing
  • Photos of Damaged Product/Area of Damage
  • In some instances DryCase will request the product be shipped back for evaluation.
  • The customer must incur any return shipping and handling costs associated with getting the product back to DryCase at:

Depending on the type of damage and depreciation of the product, DryCase will either:

  • Provide a replacement product free of charge
  • Provide a product credit towards a future purchase
  • Determine the cause of the defect, and take appropriate action to improve the manufacturing quality control process

DryCase does not assume any responsibility for damaged devices that were inside the DryCase whether this damage is due to water, impact, or other circumstances. We have no way of knowing how the device was damaged, and the DryCase can be waterproof tested before each and every use.

Unauthorized Dealers

Unauthorized dealers do not have official rights to sell a brand's merchandise, and our manufacturer warranty will not be in effect for unauthorized third-party sellers. Due to the questionable nature of goods sold by these sellers, the manufacturer discourages the purchase of such items. Most of these sellers are going to be on Amazon with low, attractive prices. However, if it says "Sold and Shipped by" then that is the only authorized dealer in which the warranty still holds.

There is a "DryPro Waterproof Phone Case" sold by Walmart. We are not associated with this brand or phone case, nor are responsible for any damages caused by such phone case.
