Sailing a Hobie Cat with DryCASE
4th of July week we tested the DryCASE on Long Island Sound, just off of Westport, Connecticut. Thanks to Long Shore Sailing School for letting me use a Hobie Cat out on the sound. I had the DryCASE tethered to my bathing suit pocket, and with the Vacuum Seal, it easily fits into my pocket. We took off after catching a little wind and had a great time. Naturally, I decided to jump in several times to cool off, still with the iPhone in my DryCASE in my pocket. My sister in law was due to arrive at the Marina when we were out sailing and I needed to be available to give her directions but didn’t want to miss sailing. Fortunately, I had my DryCASE and all was good. I even got a very important call from back at the office, someone had gotten locked in! Good thing I had my DryCASE. Just for fun, we flipped the sailboat a few times, of course as always the DryCASE kept me connected and kept my phone completely dry. Here are some pictures that I shot through the DryCASE while we were sailing.

Good thing I had my DryCASE, this rainbow only lasted for a few minutes
